Terms of use
This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
These terms govern the use of the family account on the ADÚO website and app. Creating an account means accepting them, together with the privacy policy.
Registration and accuracy of information
When creating an account or linking it with the 6-character code provided by the clinic, the guardian declares that the information provided (their own and their children's) is accurate and that they hold parental authority or legal guardianship over the minor. ADÚO may request proof of this if there is reasonable doubt, and may suspend access to a record in the event of a disagreement over the minor's legal representation.
Use of messaging with the medical team
Messaging is a channel for support between visits, subject to the response times published on the website. It is not an emergency channel: if there are warning symptoms, call 112 or go to an emergency department.
Appointments
Appointments booked through the Platform can be rescheduled or canceled from the account itself with the notice indicated in each case. Repeated unannounced absences (no-shows) may limit the availability of online booking, although the family can still be seen by contacting the clinic directly.
Informational content
The blog, the "What do I do if…?" guide and the dose calculator are for educational purposes and are based on reference sources in pediatrics, but they do not replace an individual assessment by a healthcare professional of each child's specific case.
Account ownership and closure
The family can request at any time the closure of the account and the deletion of their data from the Privacy Center, subject to the legal retention periods for the medical record described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
ADÚO may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in applicable law; the version in force is the one published on this page.
