No. The “What do I do if…?” guide is open to everyone. Patient families also have their child’s history connected to the guidance.

You write from the website or the app, with photos if needed. We reply within 24 business hours. It is not an emergency channel: in an emergency, call 112.

Are there monthly fees or packages?

No. At ADÚO you pay per visit, with no fees or commitment: €100 first visit, €100 follow-up visit, €160 home visit and €100 online consultation. The price is the same for any sibling.

Do you see urgent cases?

We see urgent visits during clinic hours and prioritize same-day slots. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 112.

Do you work with insurance companies?

Accepted Answer

We are a private practice. We give you an invoice and a detailed report so you can request reimbursement if your policy allows it.

What happens to my child’s data?

Accepted Answer

The data is stored encrypted in the EU, and only your family and the clinical team can access it. You can download it or request its deletion from the privacy center.
