Purpose

This legal notice governs access to and use of the ADÚO website and app (together, "the Platform"), through which families can find information about the clinic's services, book appointments and —once they have created an account— access their children's records, messaging with the medical team and appointment management.

Informational nature; not a remote emergency care service

The educational content of the Platform (the "Myth vs. Evidence" blog, the "What do I do if…?" guide, the dose calculator, etc.) is for information only and in no case replaces an individual medical assessment. Messaging with the medical team is not an emergency channel and does not guarantee an immediate reply. In an emergency or if there is a warning symptom, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the Platform (texts, design, the "ADÚO" brand, logos, illustrations, code) are owned by [to be completed: company name] or by third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without prior authorization is prohibited, except as permitted by law.

Third-party links

The Platform may include links to, or embedded content from, third parties (for example, Google Maps or WhatsApp). ADÚO is not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those third-party sites, which are outside this Platform.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer protection law requires a different jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts of the user's place of residence when the user acts as a consumer.

Changes

ADÚO may modify this legal notice to adapt it to new legislation or changes in the service. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
